Satisfaction Guarantee

No software package is perfect for every possible use, but if you decide to purchase the GamePlan software, I would like you to be happy with your decision. If you are not satisfied with the software, you may receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following terms:

1. You must un-install the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
2. Your refund request must be made within seven (7) days of your purchase.
3. If you purchase a printed copy of the user manual with the software, it must be returned in like-new condition.
4. You must state your reasons for returning the software.
5. A processing fee of $2.95 will apply to all returns.

To receive a refund within the seven-day interval, please send e-mail to Greencourt Software, stating the reason(s) for the return. Your original payment will be refunded, minus the processing fee -- usually within one or two days; however, please allow up to one or two weeks for processing.
